After only 18 days he reduced his body fat from (already amazing) 6,7 % to (stunning!) 3,4 % and cut 4 kg of his bodyweight. And as you can see in the picture, he finally got his sixpack. Besides that, Lukas does barbell back squats with 160 kg for 1-2 reps.
